Douglas Vale Historic Homestead & Vineyard is the oldest timber homestead in the Hastings region, built in 1862. The restored museum, vineyard and cellar door offer guided tours, wine tastings and heritage wines produced from six varieties. Visitors can explore the grounds and gardens, enjoy cheese plates with wine, beer or soft drinks, and picnic on site. Open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 3pm.
