About this space

Moorooduc Estate was established by Richard and Jill McIntyre in 1982 and operates a cellar door on the original McIntyre vineyard. The winemaking team uses small-batch wild yeast ferments, hand-plunging and foot-trodden whole bunch techniques, with grapes sourced from five Mornington Peninsula vineyards within 5km of the estate. The estate produces Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Shiraz, with a focus on regenerative viticulture and cool-climate wine expression. They also offer online tastings called Drinks with Kate.
