Sir Paz Estate is the Yarra Valley's highest altitude vineyard, established in 1997 on rare volcanic soil in the Upper Yarra Valley. The cellar door offers guided tastings of their full wine range, including Sparkling Shiraz, Blanc de Blanc, and Shiraz blends, plus rare back-vintages. The heated terrace restaurant serves woodfire lunches paired with wines, open Friday to Sunday, 12pm to 4:30pm (2-hour seatings). Wine tastings available all day Friday to Sunday, or by appointment Thursday. Private events are available by arrangement.
